WE EXIST TO REACH THE ONE WITH THE TRANSFORMING LOVE OF JESUS CHRIST.

WE ACCOMPLISH THIS BY:

Helping God’s people discover their God-given gifts, creating an environment where these gifts may be developed, and deploying the people to change their world. Our Connect Groups are designed to help accomplish this goal.
Helping God’s people build strong families and by creating a community where individuals may find fulfillment and expression regardless of age, race or marital status.
Launching Campuses and Planting churches with the same vision both domestically and abroad.

We strive to provide inspiring worship experiences. We call them “experiences” because we believe that God’s Presence is to be experienced and shared. Though we are one church that meets in multiple locations, each of our experiences is designed to meet this goal.

We believe that the church of Jesus Christ is not a building or a location or even just a weekend experience. We believe that the church is people, and people were created to be in relationship. Our church engages in relationship through our life-giving Connect Groups.

Lead Pastor

LEAD TEAM

The Lead Team of Caring Place is designed to carry out the Mission & Vision of our local church and meet the ministry needs of our people and community. We are a multi-ethnic, multi-generational church located in a deeply diverse community. Our leadership fully represents that diversity of culture for Kingdom advancement and Pastoral Care.

SENIOR PASTOR

As the Senior Pastor, Jon Susa, serves as the Primary Communicator, Head Visionary, and Chair of the Board. His Latino heritage and South American upbringing as a Missionary Kid bring insight and care to our local community and uniquely enables him to guide and direct the church into a profound Global Ministry.

LEAD PASTOR

As Lead Pastor, Elizabeth Rigney, serves as the Lead for oversight of the implementation of the Vision and as the direct voice of leadership over all All Teams and Groups. She also leads all Pastoral Care and Ministry Development efforts within the local body. God’s amazing transformation in her life has fueled her passion for the Kingdom and those who are far from Him.
